Ingredients:
400 g Peeled Tamarind
300 g Palm sugar
600 ml Water
Ice cubes
How to make:
1. Prepare the pan, add water and peeled tamarind. Bring it to boil.
2. Strain while squeezing the juice.
3. Cook back on the pan, add choped palm sugar. Stir until it is boiled, then chill.
4. Pour it into a glass and serve it with ice cubes.
5. Enjoy!
